Peri Peri Fries
Peri Peri Fries are our most-ordered fries. Same crispy double-fried potato, tossed in our peri peri seasoning right after they come out of the fryer. One hundred nineteen rupees. The spice clings to the fries because of the residual oil, no soggy mess.

What makes it special
The seasoning is mixed in-house. Most cafes use store-bought peri peri powder, which is fine but generic. Ours has dried red chilli, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and a touch of vinegar powder for tang. We toss it on warm fries so it sticks.
What is in it
Fresh hand-cut fries, refined oil, our peri peri seasoning (red chilli, paprika, garlic, oregano, salt, vinegar powder).
What our regulars say
From Google and Zomato. Names abbreviated, edited for length.
These fries are dangerously addictive. Stayed crispy even after we sat and chatted for twenty minutes. Will order every visit.
Worth the extra over salted fries. The seasoning sticks properly to the fries instead of falling off in the box. Tells me they toss it right.
Ordered for a group of four and everyone went back for more. Pair with a Cold Coffee, life sorted.

Common questions
+How spicy is it?
Medium to hot. About a six out of ten on the spice scale. Strong enough that you'll notice, not so much that you can't enjoy them.
+Can I get the seasoning on the side instead of tossed?
Yes. Ask for 'peri peri masala on the side.' You'll get the salted fries with a small portion of the seasoning to control the amount.
+Why do all your combos come with Peri Peri Fries by default?
Customer preference. Survey of regulars showed peri peri was the most-requested upgrade. We made it the default for combos with no extra charge.
