What makes it special
We double-fry. First fry softens the inside, second fry crisps the outside. Most cafes single-fry to save time, which is why their fries go soggy in five minutes. Ours stay crispy for at least ten to fifteen, even sitting on the table.

Hand-cut potato fries (we cut them ourselves, not pre-cut frozen), refined oil, rock salt, a pinch of black pepper. That's the whole ingredient list.

+Are these frozen fries or fresh cut?
Fresh cut. We peel and cut our own potatoes daily. They're parboiled, cooled, then fried fresh on order.
+What oil do you use?
Refined sunflower oil. We change the oil regularly. We don't reuse oil more than three times.
+Can I get these unsalted?
Yes. Mention 'no salt' at the counter or in delivery notes. Some people prefer adding their own salt or dipping in flavored ketchup.
