Chilli Garlic Fries

Chilli Garlic Fries are for the customer who wants spice and garlic in equal measure. Fried potatoes tossed in a mix of dried red chilli, garlic flakes, and a light salt. One hundred nineteen rupees. The kind of fries you'd find at a roadside stall in Delhi but with a clean kitchen and proper portioning.

What makes it special

Real garlic flakes, not garlic powder. We use dehydrated garlic chips that crisp up when they hit the warm oil residue on the fries. You get bursts of garlic in every other bite instead of a uniform dust.

What is in it

Fresh hand-cut fries, refined oil, dried red chilli flakes, dehydrated garlic chips, salt, a pinch of black pepper.

What our regulars say

From Google and Zomato. Names abbreviated, edited for length.

★★★★★

Garlic hits immediately and stays. Real garlic chips, not powder. You can see them on the fries. More interesting than peri peri for someone who wants straight garlic heat.

★★★★★

North Indian flavour profile. Garlicky, slightly smoky, medium chilli. I prefer this over peri peri for the cleaner spice. Paired with a milkshake for contrast.

Garlic crisps are the standout detail. They add both flavour and texture. Addictive in a different way from the peri peri, less complex but more direct.

Common questions

+How is this different from Peri Peri Fries?

Peri Peri uses a complex spice blend with oregano and vinegar. Chilli Garlic is more direct, just chilli and garlic, more north-Indian in style. Both medium spicy.

+Is there fresh garlic or only powder?

Dehydrated garlic chips, which are real garlic but in chip form. We don't use garlic powder, which tastes flat.

+Can I add cheese on these?

Yes. Cheese sauce drizzle for thirty rupees, which essentially makes it Cheese Loaded Fries with chilli garlic added.
