What makes it special
The lemon is dried lemon zest, not lemon juice. Juice would make the fries soggy. Dried zest gives you a clean citrus flavor that hits before the chilli, which is a slightly different order of taste than most spice combinations.
What is in it
Fresh hand-cut fries, refined oil, dried lemon zest, mild red chilli powder, black salt, regular salt, a pinch of chaat masala.
What our regulars say
From Google and Zomato. Names abbreviated, edited for length.
These fries are dangerously addictive. Stayed crispy even after we sat and chatted for twenty minutes. Will order every visit.
Worth the extra over salted fries. The seasoning sticks properly to the fries instead of falling off in the box. Tells me they toss it right.
Ordered for a group of four and everyone went back for more. Pair with a Cold Coffee, life sorted.

Common questions
+How spicy is it compared to peri peri or chilli garlic?
Slightly milder. The lemon tones down the chilli perception. You'll feel the tang more than the heat.
+Is this gluten-free?
Yes. No wheat, no breadcrumbs, no flour. Just potato, oil, and seasonings.
+Can I get this with the chilli toned down?
Yes. Ask for 'less chilli, more lemon' at the counter.
