Classic Burger
Our Classic Burger is the one we recommend first. A crispy aloo tikki patty, fresh lettuce, a ripe tomato slice, and a soft bun toasted on the grill. Nothing fancy on purpose. Priced at fifty-nine rupees because we wanted a burger every student, office worker, and walk-in could afford on any given day. This is what most people order on their first visit.

What makes it special
The aloo tikki patty is the hero. We season it the way you'd find at a good chaat stall, then fry it till the outside cracks under your bite. The bun gets a quick toast on the grill so it stays soft inside but holds together when you eat. No frozen patty. No premixed sauce.
What is in it
Soft sesame bun, our handmade aloo tikki patty, fresh lettuce, a tomato slice, onion rings, mint chutney, and a light spread of our house mayo. Served warm. Wrapped to go or plated for dine-in. Add extra cheese for twenty rupees if you want to upgrade.
What our regulars say
From Google and Zomato. Names abbreviated, edited for length.
Fifty-nine rupees and made fresh. The aloo tikki had a proper crust, not the limp version from chain places. This is the everyday burger done right. Came back the next day for the Cheesy version.
My first visit. I ordered the cheapest thing on the menu and left impressed. Crisp patty, warm bun, mint chutney. The basics done well are enough.
A reliable fifty-nine rupee burger for our students' lunch group. We order ten of these on Fridays. Always consistent, always fresh.
