What makes it special
It's the cheese-to-everything ratio. Two slices on a single patty already do the job, but we add our warm cheese sauce on top, which keeps the inside molten even five minutes after the burger lands at your table. The bun stays toasty because we wrap each one fast to trap the heat.
What is in it
Sesame bun, our aloo tikki patty, two slices of melting cheese, a layer of warm cheese sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, mint chutney, and house mayo. We sometimes get asked to skip lettuce or tomato for the photo. We don't recommend it but we'll do it.
