What makes it special
It's the layering. Three cheese slices is already a lot. Adding cheese sauce between them creates a molten core that doesn't fully solidify even after the sandwich rests. The top-melt step browns the cheese a little, which adds a slight crispy edge on top of the gooey middle.

+Will it hold up for delivery?
Up to two kilometers, yes. Beyond that the cheese starts to firm up. Reheating for fifteen seconds in a microwave restores most of the melt.
+Can I get this with vegetables added?
Yes, but we recommend you keep it cheese-only. Vegetables release water during grilling, which can mess with the melt. If you want veggies and cheese together, the Cheese Sandwich with extra veggies is a better choice.
+How is this different from the Cheese Sandwich?
This has three cheese slices plus cheese sauce. The Cheese Sandwich has two slices, no sauce. This one is significantly heavier and richer.
