What makes it special

Fresh mint, muddled to release the oils. Most cafes skip the muddling step, which is why their mojitos taste like flavored soda. Ours actually taste of mint. The lime is fresh-squeezed, not from bottled juice.

What is in it

Fresh mint leaves (muddled), fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, soda water, ice. Garnished with lime wedge and a mint sprig. Tall glass.

What our regulars say

From Google and Zomato. Names abbreviated, edited for length.

★★★★★

Refreshing in the Noida heat. Real mint, real lime, light on the sugar. Tastes like a properly muddled mojito, not a sweet soda.

Kala khatta took me back to childhood. Tongue went purple, no regrets. Pair with the Bombay sandwich for the full nostalgia trip.

Mojito plus peri peri fries is my standing order. The cooler cuts the heat perfectly between bites.

Common questions

+Is this alcoholic?

No. This is a virgin mojito, no alcohol. We're a pure veg vegetarian cafe and we don't serve any alcohol.

+How much sugar?

Light to medium. We can make it less sweet on request. Some prefer no sugar at all, which keeps it very refreshing.

+Is the mint fresh or dried?

Fresh. We get mint daily. Dried mint wouldn't give the same flavor.
