What makes it special
We use cheese that actually melts. Some cafes use cheese that holds its shape under heat and doesn't pull. Ours pulls. The herbs are oregano, basil, and parsley, dried, sprinkled inside before grilling. Light touch, you'll smell them but they won't dominate.

+How many slices of cheese?
Two. We can add more for ten rupees per slice if you want.
+Is this the same as the Cheese Loaded Sandwich?
No. The Loaded version has more cheese and our cheese sauce drizzled in. This one is cleaner, just cheese and herbs.
+Can I add vegetables to this?
Yes. We can add cucumber, tomato, and onion for ten rupees extra. But then it becomes closer to the Classic Sandwich with cheese added, which is also an option.
