BM Puff
Three flaky vegetable puffs for eighty rupees. The chai-time classic that we all grew up eating from bakery counters. Crisp pastry outside, lightly spiced vegetable filling inside. We make ours fresh through the day, not from a frozen box.

What makes it special
The pastry. A real puff needs proper layered pastry that flakes when you bite it, not a doughy biscuit. We get our pastry from a vendor who specializes in this, and we bake them in-house so they're always hot when served. Most cafes microwave frozen puffs, which kills the layers.
What is in it
Layered flaky pastry, vegetable filling (potato, peas, carrot, onion, Indian spices, mild chilli). Baked till the pastry puffs up and turns golden.
What our regulars say
From Google and Zomato. Names abbreviated, edited for length.
Three puffs, each one hot and properly flaky. The layers were visible when I broke one open. Not the microwaved kind that collapses. Pastry is the clear difference here.
Classic veg puff with actual potato and peas, not just mash. Came out of the oven hot. Paired with a cold coffee for a proper snack break at the counter.
These reminded me of good bakery puffs. Hot, flaky, with spiced filling. Not the pre-packed type. For a three PM snack this is a reliable order.

Common questions
+Why is it called Veg Puff and not McPuff?
It is the same flaky vegetable puff classic, rebadged as BM Puff so the name is our own. Three pieces per plate at ₹80. Pure veg, spiced potato and peas filling, baked golden.
+Are these spicy?
Mild. There's a touch of chilli and Indian spices in the filling, similar to any vegetable patty you'd find at a bakery. Family-friendly.
+Can I order just one?
We sell in packs of three. Single orders cause more wastage and slower kitchen. Three is the minimum.
