Our most playful experiment. Six steamed veg momos topped with marinara, fresh mozzarella, and a few rings of capsicum and olive, then run under the salamander till the cheese bubbles. Half pizza, half momo, fully unique to Burger Minister. Try it once, you will order it twice.

What makes it special
It started as a staff meal joke and ended up on the menu because regulars kept asking. The marinara is our own, made fresh weekly. The cheese is real mozzarella, not blend. The momos stay soft under the cheese while the top gets a light bubbly char.
