What makes it special
The paneer is the same fresh grated paneer we use in the steam momos, but the fry adds a roasty edge to the wrapper. The contrast between crisp shell and creamy paneer is what brings regulars back. Light on grease, full on flavour.

+Is the paneer cold inside?
No. We fry the momo long enough for the paneer to heat through. If you want it hotter, ask for it well done and we will give it another minute.
+Can I get a small portion?
Yes. A half plate has six pieces at ₹60. It works as a side or a light single-person snack.
+Is the chutney on the side or on top?
Always on the side, so the shell stays crisp. You can add as much as you like.
